- Any reservation canceled 24 hours in advance will be refunded 100%
- In case we cancel the operation of a tubing tour for weather reasons, participants will be notified as soon as possible and a full refund will be applied or you can change the day
- Return process (usually takes 1 to two weeks to refund the money to the customer's account after applying the refund process
